"Completely unprofessional experience. They (Hunter) collected all of my personal information and then abruptly disconnected the call. When I called back, the agent did not come back on the line and instead relayed through the telephone operator that my “rate was too high” and that someone would contact me in six months, yet they could not provide any specific numbers. They also did not seem to know what my current rate was. The call was disconnected twice. This felt like an attempt to gather personal information rather than a legitimate service. Proceed with caution."
"We apologize for the inconvenience this caused. There were some phone issues going on this day and we obviously needed to get more information to gather the best and most accurate quote. Our office doesn't just provide a quote without gathering more than personal information, we strive to get to know you and in turn deliver a price that suits your insurance needs.
